Family and Implant Dentist

Dr. Birva Joshi Jones is very passionate about her work and is focused on giving her patients "comprehensive, ethical dentistry." Dr. Jones grew up in Southern California and went to an accelerated program after high school to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. At Creighton University, Dr. Jones received her B.S. and D.D.S. degrees. Dr. Jones has been in the dental field for over twelve years and has taken extensive continuing education courses to gain better patient satisfaction. Dr. Jones takes pride in learning the latest and most advanced procedures in dentistry.  Dr. Jones has also completed a one-year, AAID Maxi course program, which is a comprehensive training program in implant dentistry which typically provides 300 or more hours of lecture, laboratory sessions, live surgical demonstrations and home/office assignments. 

Dr. Jones is also very active in the community. Dr. Jones as served as a board member, as an area-representative, in the local dental society. Recently, Dr. Jones became a member of the Peer Review Committee for the local chapter. Dr. Jones has volunteered multiple years in the "Give Kids a Smile" program as well. 

Dr. Jones is an active member of the following organizations: American Dental Association; California Dental Association; West Los Angeles Dental Society; Indian Dental Association; American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Jones loves to volunteer her time to these different dental organizations to improve dental care and help change dental policies. 

During her free time, Dr. Jones loves to spend time with her husband and son. Recently, Dr. Jones has started taking guitar lessons and joined a book club.
